Job Summary
Promotes an excellent customer experience by overseeing front-of-store Associates, leading by example in customer interactions, and ensuring prompt service and loyalty-program promotions. Trains and mentors Associates on front end duties, assigns registers and manages coverage, addresses customer concerns, and ensures tasks align with store plans while maintaining a safe, organized environment. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a retail setting; available to work nights and weekends. Location: Big Rapids, MI.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
