Job Summary
Customer Experience Coordinator responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience by overseeing a front-of-store team of Associates, training and mentoring on front-end processes, managing POS coverage and breaks, and promoting loyalty programs. Leads by example in delivering courteous service, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, addressing customer concerns, communicating priorities to Management and Associates, and adhering to labor laws and safety. Partners with Management to identify training needs, supports shrink-reduction goals, and participates in store-wide programs while providing feedback and recognition to staff.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
