Job Summary
Customer Experience Coordinator at TJX Companies oversees front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs; trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles, assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage while addressing customer concerns to maintain a positive customer experience. The role requires strong merchandising understanding, multi-tasking, effective communication with management and peers, and the ability to adapt to changes while promoting safety and store policies. Required Qualifications
