Job Summary
Oversees front-of-store customer service operations and promotes a positive customer experience by training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, coordinating POS coverage, and driving loyalty programs. Leads by example in delivering prompt, courteous service, maintains store organization, communicates priorities to management and staff, ensures labor law compliance, and supports safety and shrink-reduction initiatives. The role emphasizes coaching others, delivering feedback, and fostering teamwork to enhance the overall customer experience at the Bel Air, MD location.
