Job Summary
Customer Experience Coordinator responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience in a front-of-store setting, overseeing a team of Associates, training and mentoring on front-end principles, and supporting POS coverage and loyalty programs. Role requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, train others, uphold labor laws and safety, and collaborate with management to drive store performance and shrink-reduction goals. The position emphasizes creating a positive customer experience, coaching staff, merchandising techniques, and adherence to store plans and policies, with a starting pay range of $14.50-$15.00 per hour at the Franklin, TN location.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
