Job Summary
Coordinate the customer experience for new residents and support the Sales and Marketing Director in managing community sales efforts, executing the move-in process, and ensuring a smooth transition with a focus on hospitality. Lead post-move follow-up (90 days), assist with lead-base management, and provide sales backup in the absence of the Sales and Marketing Director. Promote the residence's mission and values, maintain favorable impressions with residents and their families, and contribute to a strong team-oriented sales/hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- A driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
