Customer Experience Coordinator - split shifts

Two part-time Customer Experience Coordinators are sought to join The Pet Vet Rotherham on split shifts (Role 1: 8:00–10:30, Role 2: 16:30–19:00, Monday–Friday; 12.5 hours per week). They will greet customers and their pets, manage reception duties on a tablet, guide customers through check-in/check-out, and discuss applicable services such as Pet Health Plans, delivering a friendly, efficient experience. Training through BVRA is provided; the role involves deskless reception, first-point-of-contact interactions, and ad-hoc coverage for holidays/sickness with no weekend shifts.
