Customer Experience Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate customer experiences at the showroom by answering phones, greeting customers, guiding them to the proper department, and maintaining a professional showroom appearance. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining customer records in the dealer business system, assisting with event planning, managing store office supplies and contracted services (e.g., cleaning, printer, trash), processing customer payments, and supporting miscellaneous duties as assigned to ensure a positive, organized customer journey.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Some Saturdays and occasional overtime as needed
- Scheduling requirements
- Work hours can be between 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Minimum of 5 days and 40 hours per week, unless time off is approved
- Overtime and Saturdays will be required
- Data entry
