Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer experience and oversee Park Fitness registration operations, including accurate data processing, day-to-day member check-in, and handling of membership transactions. Communicate program information, respond to inquiries via multiple channels, balance cash drawers, support seasonal program proofing with the Marketing Team, and train Park District staff on registration procedures and software. Maintain high standards for welcoming interactions, ensure timely registration data entry, manage account creation and updates, and assist with opening/closing duties and emergency procedures as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one (1) year of customer service experience
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- experience in registration software and membership services is preferred
- CPR/AED Certification or ability to obtain within one (1) month of hire
- bilingual is English and Spanish is preferred but not required
