Job Summary
Customer Experience Coordinator responsible for actively shaping and continuously improving customer experience, focusing on service quality, data analysis, and cross-department collaboration to deliver a comprehensive customer journey. Responsibilities include communicating with prize-winner customers across channels (email, chat, phone), coordinating prize reception and delivery, monitoring timelines and ensuring timely completion, delivering exceptional, personalized customer service, entering and updating CRM records with complete communication history, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to optimize the customer journey, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. The role offers the possibility of remote work and includes full training on CRM systems and operational workflows, with a comprehensive compensation package and a dynamic, supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Προϋπηρεσία σε Customer Experience, Customer Service, CRM, Hospitality ή Event Coordination.
- Εξοικείωση με CRM συστήματα.
- Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
- Εξαιρετική διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών και προθεσμιών.
- Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών.
- Καλή γνώση MS Office.
