Job Summary
The Customer Experience Coordinator acts as a liaison between Encore, the venue, and customers, ensuring high-quality service and support. Responsibilities include managing customer communication, addressing billing inquiries, maintaining customer data in CRM systems, and supporting customer engagement initiatives. This role requires strong customer service skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and ideally have administrative or hospitality experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required
- 1+ years of administrative, sales or hospitality experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and web-based applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Encore’s Service Level 100, 200 & 300 Certifications to be obtained within 90 days
