Job Summary
Oversee a team of Associates at the front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Lead by example by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and addressing concerns promptly. Train and coach Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience while assigning registers and coordinating POS coverage needs. Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures, and support store shrink reduction and safety awareness goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $14.25 to $14.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Able to train others
