Job Summary
Customer Experience Coordinator responsible for delivering a uniquely special experience to customers at our Halifax facility. You will be the face of Clutch, providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint. You will inspect vehicles to identify potential issues and ensure high quality service, accurately complete customer paperwork, and record notes in our customer tracking system. You’ll collaborate with teammates to support various tasks and contribute to a smooth car-buying experience across our online-driven process.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A Class 5 License with no restrictions
- 3 years driving record with no major infractions?
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Clean criminal background check
- Minimum availability of 40 hours per week with overtime as needed
