Operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology while maintaining accurate session notes and sharing updates with team members. Serve as a consistent, positive presence ensuring each participant's experience is welcoming, organized, and respectful. This role requires 2+ years of full-time professional experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Full paid training is provided, and the position offers competitive hourly pay with quarterly performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience in any industry
- CHar and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy
- Reliable, punctual, and open to feedback
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
