Job Summary
Customer Service / Call Center Representative handling high-volume inbound calls and outbound follow-ups for a centralized dealership call center. Responsibilities include directing inquiries to Service Advisors, Parts, or Sales; scheduling vehicle service appointments; providing status updates; logging and updating customer information in CRM; and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Requires 1–2 years in call center, customer service, or hospitality roles, strong communication and multitasking skills, and reliability. In-office role based in San Francisco, CA with a Monday–Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or hospitality role (automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required!)
- Clear, confident, and professional verbal communication
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens, CRM software, and scheduling tools
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic
- Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced shop/dealership environment
