Job Summary
Coordinate CTF subjective benchmarking by organizing driving sessions across markets with service suppliers to assess vehicle status against competitor attributes. Create a comprehensive CTF database capturing market-specific requirements, usage conditions, and customer trends while analyzing Voice of Customer issues to drive preventive actions and product improvements. Work with qualified testing organizations to establish specific benchmarks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to dive product enhancements based on collected data. This role requires a Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineer with 15+ years of experience in complete vehicle assessment and extensive market knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (15+ years)
- solid knowledge in complete vehicle & benchmark assessment
- Experience in wide portfolio of markets
- knowledge of differences in terms of vehicle specifications and linkage to the development needs
- Solid background for the detailed vehicle assessment for complex attributes like Vehicle dynamics, or vehicle Performance & Customer experience
- Experience in driving event, vehicle benchmark for complete vehicle assessment
- Excellent communication skills
- Autonomous working capacity
- Flexibility to travel (>30% of the time)
- Expert driving skills
- Experience in vehicle development & problem solving
- interaction with Engineering modules
- Background about the main regulatory aspects of the vehicles for the different markets
