Proactively identify financial goals and needs for walk-in customers, recommending appropriate deposit and banking products while retaining and growing relationships. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, balance daily accounts, and resolve customer issues with exemplary service. Educate clients on consumer deposit products and refer them to other departments to deepen partnerships. Execute a disciplined sales process including new customer follow-up, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from partners. Adhere strictly to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
