Customer Experience Banker - Streetsboro, OH

Proactively identify financial goals and needs for walk-in customers, recommending appropriate deposit and banking products to retain and grow relationships. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while balancing daily accounts and resolving customer issues with exemplary service. Educate clients on consumer deposit products and refer them to other bank areas to deepen partnerships. Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience or a Bachelor's Degree. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
