Customer Experience Banker (St Louis Park, MN - Knollwood)

Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS serves as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products, processing transactions accurately, and delivering exemplary customer service. Role involves educating customers on consumer deposit products, growing relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound follow-up, sourcing referrals from customers and partners, and coordinating with other bank areas to deepen relationships while adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies. Strong emphasis on sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills; including cash handling and comfort with technology (mobile and online banking). Preferred qualifications include prior banking/financial services customer service experience and goal-driven retail sales.
