Job Summary
Customer Experience Banker in Schulenburg, TX, serving walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. Responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposit and other banking products, processing transactions accurately, balancing daily, and delivering exemplary service. Develops relationships through disciplined sales processes, follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals from customers and partners while educating customers about banking options and coordinating with other areas of the bank to deepen relationships, all while adhering to policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
