Job Summary
Customer Experience Banker (Non NMLS) at Huntington is a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. Responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products, and educating customers on deposit products. Processes transactions accurately, balances daily, and delivers exemplary customer service. Proactively identifies opportunities to grow relationships through disciplined sales processes, outbound calling, and referrals, and educates customers to deepen partnerships across bank areas while adhering to all policies and procedures. Demonstrates skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree
