Job Summary
Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues for walk-in consumers and business clients. Process transactions accurately, balance daily operations, and educate customers on deposit products. Proactively identify financial goals to recommend appropriate banking services, utilizing outbound calling and referral sourcing to grow relationships. Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while demonstrating acumen in sales and relationship management. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience or a Bachelor's Degree. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- a Bachelor's Degree
- currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
