Job Summary
Customer Experience Banker (Part-time) at Huntington in Savannah, GA. You’ll serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposit and other banking products, and handling transactions accurately while balancing daily activity. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, educating customers on consumer deposit products, proactively identifying opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound follow-up, referrals from customers and partners, and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships. Adherence to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies is required, along with demonstrated skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation. Availability of flexible work arrangements with in-office and remote options will be provided by the hiring team. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service or related experience (administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role)
- Bachelor's Degree acceptable
- preferred: 1 year or more in customer service in banking/financial services/retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology (mobile services and online banking)
