Customer Experience Banker (Part-time) at Huntington in Savannah, GA. You’ll serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposit and other banking products, and handling transactions accurately while balancing daily activity. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, educating customers on consumer deposit products, proactively identifying opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound follow-up, referrals from customers and partners, and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships. Adherence to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies is required, along with demonstrated skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
