Job Summary
Proactively identify financial goals and needs for walk-in customers, recommending deposit products and services to retain and grow relationships. Process transactions accurately, balance daily accounts, and resolve customer issues while educating clients on consumer deposit products. Execute a disciplined sales process including new customer follow-up, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from partners. Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, and relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree
- currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
