Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues for walk-in consumers and business clients by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit and banking products. Process transactions accurately, balance daily accounts, and educate customers on consumer deposit offerings. Proactively grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound calling, and referral sourcing while adhering to operational, security, and regulatory policies. Requires high school diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience or military service, plus comfort with mobile and online banking technology. This role supports Huntington's mission to help people achieve their financial goals through a service heart and forward-thinking approach.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree
- currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
