Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS - Nacogdoches, TX (North Street Branch)

Proactively identify financial goals and needs for walk-in customers, recommending appropriate deposit and banking products to retain and grow relationships. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while balancing daily operations and resolving customer issues. Educate clients on consumer deposit products and refer them to other bank areas to deepen partnerships. Adhere strictly to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED plus one year of customer service or military experience, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
