Job Summary
Proactively identify customer financial goals and recommend deposit, loan, and banking products to retain and grow relationships. Process transactions accurately while educating clients on services and technology. Resolve customer issues effectively and adhere to all operational, security, and regulatory policies. Execute a disciplined sales process including outbound calling and sourcing referrals from customers and partners. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience or a Bachelor's Degree. Compensation is $22.00 - $24.00 hourly. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree
- currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
