Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS - Dallas, TX (Lakewood)

Proactively identify financial goals and needs for walk-in customers to recommend deposit products and banking services. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while balancing daily accounts and resolving customer issues. Educate clients on consumer deposit products and refer them to other bank areas to deepen relationships. Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies throughout the sales process. Maintain strong partnerships through disciplined sales follow-up and sourcing referrals from customers and partners. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience or a Bachelor's Degree. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
