Job Summary
Conduct walk-in customer transactions accurately and efficiently while balancing daily accounts. Identify financial goals and needs to recommend deposit products and services, retaining and growing both consumer and business relationships. Resolve customer issues and educate clients on consumer deposit products through a disciplined sales process. Proactively source referrals from customers and partners via outbound calling and follow-up programs. Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, and relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- a Bachelor's Degree
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
