Customer Experience Banker - Market Square

Job Summary
Conduct walk-in customer service and resolve issues while accurately processing transactions for both consumer and business clients. Proactively identify financial goals to recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products, utilizing outbound calling and referral sourcing to grow relationships. Educate customers on consumer deposit products, lending options, and bank technology to deepen partnerships and adhere to all operational and regulatory policies. Requires one year of customer service experience in banking or goal-driven retail sales, with a high school diploma or preferred bachelor's degree. Exempt status with no overtime pay; office location at Market Square.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1 year customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
- Can include military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
