Customer Experience Banker (Manistee, MI)

Conduct daily customer transactions, resolve issues, and balance accounts while providing exemplary service. Proactively identify financial goals to recommend deposit products and other banking services, utilizing outbound calling and referral sourcing to grow relationships. Educate customers on consumer deposit products and refer them to other bank areas to deepen partnerships. Adhere strictly to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. Requires high school diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience or military service; Bachelor's degree preferred. Exempt status applies. Located in Manistee, MI.
