Job Summary
Customer Experience Banker responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by proactively identifying financial goals, educating customers on deposit products, processing transactions accurately, and delivering exceptional service. Drives relationship growth through disciplined sales, outbound follow-up, and referrals, while educating customers and partnering with other bank areas. Must understand and adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies; comfortable with technology and cash handling; role supports hybrid in-office/remote work arrangements in Mentor, OH. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree
