Job Summary
Customer Experience Banker in Kalamazoo, MI serves as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending deposit and other banking products, processing transactions accurately, balancing daily, and delivering exemplary customer service. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, educating customers on consumer deposit products, growing relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound follow-up, sourcing referrals, and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen partnerships while adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies. Requires strong skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation; education can be High School/GED or Bachelor's Degree. Preferred qualifications include banking or financial services customer service experience and cash handling, with comfort using mobile and online banking tools.
Required Qualifications
