Job Summary
Customer Experience Banker responsible for handling walk-in customers and proactively identifying financial goals to grow consumer and business relationships. Educate customers on consumer deposit products, balance transactions accurately, and provide exemplary service. Drive relationship growth through a disciplined sales process, outbound follow-up, and referrals from customers and partners; refer customers to other banking areas to deepen relationships while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. Demonstrates skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, and presentation. This role is offered in a hybrid in-office/remote arrangement at the Jonesboro, AR location with potential in-office collaboration and remote work as arranged by the hiring team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree
