Customer Experience Banker-(Jackson, MI)

Proactively identify financial goals and needs for walk-in customers, recommending deposit products and services to retain and grow relationships. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while balancing daily accounts, resolving customer issues, and educating clients on consumer deposit products. Execute a disciplined sales process including new customer follow-up, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners. Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen partnerships while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. Requires high school diploma or GED with one year of relevant experience or bachelor's degree; exempt status applies. Located in Jackson, MI.
