Provide exemplary customer service by processing transactions accurately, resolving issues, and educating clients on deposit products, lending, and technology. Proactively identify financial goals to retain and grow relationships through disciplined sales processes, outbound calling, and referral sourcing. Deepen partnerships by referring customers to other banking areas and adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. This role requires a high school diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience or military service, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
