Provide exemplary customer service to walk-in clients by accurately processing transactions, balancing daily accounts, and resolving issues. Proactively identify financial goals to recommend deposit products and other banking services, utilizing outbound calling and referral sourcing to grow relationships. Educate customers on consumer deposit products while adhering to operational, security, and regulatory policies. Retain and develop both consumer and business customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and new customer follow-up.
