Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues for walk-in consumers and business clients. Identify financial goals and needs to recommend appropriate deposit products and services while retaining and growing relationships. Process transactions accurately, balance daily accounts, and educate customers on consumer deposit options. Proactively grow relationships through outbound calling, new customer follow-up, and sourcing referrals from partners. Adhere strictly to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
