Customer Experience Banker - Dallas , TX (Westchester)

Customer Experience Banker with a focus on delivering exceptional service to walk-in customers, proactively identifying financial goals, and growing relationships by recommending deposit products and other banking solutions. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, educating customers on consumer deposit products, executing a disciplined sales process, outbound follow-up, sourcing referrals from customers and partners, and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. Strong emphasis on sales alongside customer service, relationship management, banking knowledge, effective communication, and presentation skills. The role requires proficiency with cash handling and comfort with technology (mobile and online banking) and typically requires a High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service experience or a Bachelor's Degree (candidates with a Bachelor's degree are eligible).
