Job Summary
Customer Experience Banker at Huntington Bank serves as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, focusing on retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products. The role processes customer transactions accurately, balances daily, delivers exemplary service, and proactively identifies opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound follow-up, and referrals from customers and partners. It also involves educating customers about consumer deposit products, referring them to other bank areas to deepen relationships, and adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while demonstrating skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, and communications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or administrative experience or military service in related role or a Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
