Job Summary
Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues for walk-in consumers and business clients. Balance daily transactions accurately while educating customers on deposit products and other banking services. Proactively identify financial goals to recommend appropriate products, utilizing outbound calling and referral sourcing to grow relationships. Adhere strictly to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. Maintain proficiency in mobile and online banking technology. High school diploma or GED required with one year of relevant experience; exempt status applies. Part-time schedule of 30-35 hours with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- a Bachelor's Degree
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
