Job Summary
Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues for walk-in customers while accurately processing transactions and balancing daily accounts. Proactively identify financial goals to recommend deposit products and other banking services, utilizing outbound calling and referral sourcing to grow relationships. Educate clients on consumer deposit products and refer them to other bank areas to deepen partnerships. Adhere strictly to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. Requires a high school diploma or GED with one year of relevant customer service experience or a bachelor's degree. Exempt status applies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- a Bachelor's Degree
- currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
