Job Summary
Provide exemplary customer service by processing transactions accurately, resolving issues, and educating clients on deposit products, lending, and banking technology. Proactively identify financial goals to recommend appropriate banking services, retain relationships through outbound calling and referral sourcing, and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen partnerships. Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while demonstrating acumen in sales, relationship management, and business banking. Requires high school diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience; subject to background check and fingerprinting. Exempt status applies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree
- currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
