Job Summary
Proactively identify financial goals and needs for walk-in customers, recommending deposit products and banking services to retain and grow relationships. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while balancing daily operations and resolving customer issues. Educate clients on consumer deposit products and refer them to other bank areas to deepen partnerships. Adhere strictly to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. Requires high school diploma or GED with one year of customer service or military experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. Exempt status applies. Located in Benton Harbor, MI.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- a Bachelor's Degree
- currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
