Job Summary
Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS serves as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, recommending deposit and other banking products, processing transactions accurately, balancing daily, and delivering exemplary customer service; responsibilities include educating customers on consumer deposit products, pursuing referrals, and adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies; preferred qualifications include 1+ year in banking or financial services and cash handling skills; requires high school diploma or GED and/or a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree
