Customer Experience Attendant

Greet customers cheerfully, answer questions, and assist with loading groceries. Retrieve, empty, and maintain shopping carts while ensuring they are not left in parking areas. Keep the parking lot, store vestibule, and front-end clean by sweeping, washing, mopping, and emptying trash and recycling receptacles. Clean restrooms and break rooms, replenish supplies, and operate motor-driven cleaning equipment if over 18 and trained. Clear sidewalks and porches of snow and ice, remove debris, and report safety hazards or maintenance needs to store management. Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth department function. No supervisory responsibilities.
