Customer Experience Attendant

Greet customers cheerfully upon entry and exit, answer questions, and assist with loading groceries into vehicles. Retrieve, empty, and repair shopping carts while ensuring they are not left in parking areas. Maintain the parking lot, vestibule, and front-end by sweeping, washing, mopping, and keeping trash and recycling receptacles clean. Clean restrooms, break rooms, and surrounding grounds; replenish supplies and dispose of waste. Operate motor-driven cleaning equipment if over 18 and trained, and clear sidewalks of snow and ice. Monitor for safety hazards, slip and fall risks, and blocked entrances, notifying management of repairs or unsafe conditions. Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth department function.
