Job Summary
Customer Experience Attendant warms customers with a cheerful greeting, answers questions, and assists with loading groceries into vehicles. Responsibilities include collecting shopping carts, keeping the parking lot and entrance area clean and safe, emptying trash and recycling, assisting cashiers with bagging groceries, responding to intercom pages, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, replenishing supplies, operating cleaning equipment when trained, reporting safety or maintenance needs, and cooperating with coworkers to ensure smooth store operations. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and customer service in a Weis Markets location.
Required Qualifications
- Education and/or experience completed or working towards a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
