Customer Experience Attendant

Greet customers cheerfully, answer inquiries, and assist with loading groceries. Retrieve and empty shopping carts, ensuring they are safely stored and free of debris. Sweep, wash, and mop floors; clean restrooms, break rooms, and trash receptacles. Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, and store vestibules by clearing snow, ice, and slip hazards. Operate motor-driven cleaning equipment if trained, and bag groceries as needed. Report unsafe conditions, maintenance issues, and supply needs to management. Cooperate with co-workers to ensure smooth store operations.
