Customer Experience Attendant

Greet customers cheerfully, answer questions, and assist with loading groceries. Retrieve, empty, and maintain shopping carts; ensure they are not left in parking areas. Keep the parking lot, store vestibule, and front-end clean by sweeping, washing, and mopping. Empty trash and recycling receptacles, clean restrooms and break rooms, and replenish supplies. Operate motor-driven cleaning equipment if over 18 and trained, and clear sidewalks of snow and ice. Notify management of repairs, maintenance needs, or unsafe conditions. Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth department function.
